A store reviews each version before its users get it, which can take a few days. Your browser installs a new version by itself. To see which one you have, open Peekat’s Settings: the version is next to Peekat Email.
Known issues
None right now. When we learn of a problem that affects more than one person, it is listed here with what to do meanwhile, until the fix reaches every store.
Report a problem
Write to hi@peekat.email. It helps to include:
- your browser and computer, such as Chrome on a Mac or Edge on Windows;
- Peekat’s version, from its Settings;
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
- a screenshot, if it shows the problem. Hide anything private in it first.
Please do not send passwords, codes or the content of your mail. We never need them.
